My selection for a job position was a little unusual from most job applications.  I applied and Nic Willis  phoned me very soon after advising she would like to set up a time for my screening.  Unfortunately, due to her client re-structuring their workforce, their intake of a new employee was delayed.  For three months the process was on again, then off again.  The whole time Nic  kept me informed as to the situation, and she kept my hopes up.  As soon as there was an update she would let me know. She kept me fully informed.  I also feel Nic took the time to listen and know me as a person, and then conveyed that to her client, which in turn helped me with being successful in securing this position!  I would definitely recommend Nic Willis Consulting to any businesses who are looking to recruit employees, as Nic does her homework, all while being kind, compassionate and understanding to ensure the best possible outcome.
